Fox News Contributor Stephen Hayes told viewers Monday of "Special Report with Bret Baier”  that it is clear Hillary Clinton lied about The Clinton Foundation’s ties to the State Department.

“People are gonna try to dress this up and use all sorts of euphemisms for what she was doing to avoid saying she was lying,” said Hayes.

According to Hayes, the uproar over this issue will ultimately get blamed on Republicans.

“This isn't about Republicans,” said Hayes. “This is about Hillary Clinton having made repeated representations that have turned out to be false and we're seeing evidence that they were false in black and white.”
