President Obama called in NBC’s Chuck Todd and, for the first time, apologized on camera for the botched rollout.
"I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me," he said in an exclusive interview.
The apology didn’t sit well with many who were listening, including Mary Katharine Ham, Hot Air’s editor-at-large (and a Fox News Contributor) who tweeted her own interpretation.
“I'm sorry your plans are abiding by the law I signed, not the lie I sold.”

Meanwhile, ObamaCare websites keep on glitching on. You wonder how it’s possible that more Dems aren’t calling for major changes to the rollout. Especially when critical tweets like this from liberal bloggers like Americablog’s John Aravosis are spinning around the web.
“Carney said at WH briefing that you can "browse" currently on fed exchange site. I've been waiting 5 days for approved application, no luck”
Seems to me, “luck” is not something on Obama’s side either.
Manu Raju reports in Politico that the administration is keeping a tight rein on Dems, requesting they hold off on calling for changes to “the controversial law’s core,” the individual mandate.

Just after Marty Walsh won Boston’s race for Mayor on Tuesday, VP Joe Biden thought he called him. The only problem? He left a congratulatory voicemail for the wrong Marty Walsh.
But at least this one worked in politics. He is a former aide to Ted Kennedy, and now heads a government relations firm.
“You son of a gun, Marty!” he boomed. “You did it!”
The Huffington Post reports that Biden made the same mistake, calling another Marty Walsh and leaving a message. Except this wasn’t the mayor either. It wasn’t even a phone number that still belonged to a Marty Walsh. Biden left a message on “Toni’s” voicemail.
Gotta love Uncle Joe for hopping on Twitter to make fun of himself on #ThrowbackThursday.

Joe - #Throwback Thursday usually means throw way-back. As in, show us the picture when you first stepped on a train from DC to ride home to Delaware, or when you and your sibs sitting on a step in Scranton. But A+ for cleverness.

Some gifts just keep giving. Not only has Toronto’s mayor admitted he’s tried crack cocaine, possibly while drunk, now Rob Ford is caught on video in an unknown dining room, pacing around in his socks, threatening to kill someone.
