Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tex., bashed the Obama administration Thursday for its responses to last week's terrorist attacks and Congress' attempt to pass a bill that ensures national security.

"John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have all served as apologists for radical Islamic terrorists," Cruz told Sean Hannity. "That is, someone who gives rationalization, justification."

The GOP presidential candidate rebuked the secretary of state for saying there was a "legitimacy" before correcting it to a "rationale" behind the Charlie Hebdo attacks, but no basis for those on Nov. 13 which killed 129 people.
