We expect him to get heated questions on the attempted Times Square attack and the Obama administration’s plan to ease Miranda rules for terror suspects. Solicitor General Elena Kagan arrives on the Hill at 8:00 a.m. ET for her second day of consultations with members of the Senate starting at 8:00 a.m. ET. She’ll be meeting with moderate Republican Senators Susan Collins of Maine and Scott Brown of Massachusetts among others.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, hold their weekly press conferences. Pelosi leads off at 11:00 a.m. ET. Boehner follows at 11:45 a.m. ET.
