In his first public comments since his son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, suffered a "mild stroke," Vice President Biden said Beau is "doing great."  At a dinner for Afghan President Hamid Karzai, the Vice President told members of the press his son would probably have to rest up for the next four weeks and joked "good luck getting him to do that."

Beau Biden is currently in stable condition and undergoing treatment and observation at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania hospital.
