Barbour Scores Key Operative in New Hampshire

Sources close to Haley Barbour tell Fox News that Mike Dennehy has signed on to help the Mississippi Gov. in New Hampshire.

Dennehy helped guide 2008 GOP presidential nominee John McCain to victory in the Granite State's 'First in the Nation Presidential Primary Election.'

It's a move signaling to political insiders that not only is Barbour seriously considering a 2012 presidential run, but he also plans campaign hard in New Hampshire.

However, while Barbour visited Iowa yesterday, he has not yet been to New Hampshire in 2011.

That's a fact likely not lost on many New Hampshire presidential primary voters, who typically expect to meet a candidate face to face multiple times.
