Announcement on Gingrich's Iowa Offices (Yes Plural) In The Next 24-48 Hours

Expect an announcement soon on multiple new Newt Gingrich for President offices in Iowa. Linda Upmeyer, Republican Majority Leader of the Iowa House of Representatives and a steadfast Gingrich backer, tells Fox News "in the next 24 hours maybe to up 48 hours" there will be several campaign offices opening.

"It will be more than one," says Upmeyer, although an exact number was not disclosed.

Des Moines will likely be where the Iowa Gingrich campaign headquarters is located. Other satellite offices will be set up on a regional basis says Upmeyer.

Five other Republican candidates have opened a (singular) headquarters in Iowa, all in the Des Moines area. Rick Santorum, Herman Cain and Michele Bachmann are set-up in Urbandale. Ron Paul's headquarters is north of Des Moines in Ankeny. West Des Moines is home to Rick Perry's Iowa office.

Mitt Romney's campaign does not have a stand-alone campaign headquarters, but has Iowa staff working at Redwave Communications which is located in Des Moines.
