Rick Santorum announced this weekend he has earned the support of "19 Kids & Counting" stars the Duggars, but he wasn't expecting all the bells and whistles that go with reality TV show fame.
While Santorum has been operating on a shoestring budget, the Duggars naturally have to travel large to move the entire family around. Painting their bus with a Rick Santorum for President logo and RickSantorum.com was an added surprise for the GOP presidential candidate.
"Yeah. In fact, a couple of nights ago, I pulled into the Hilton Garden Inn where we're staying and there's this huge bus and I looked over at my staff and said, We didn't pay for that. I don't have any money for that. I hope you didn't get a bus because the only bus I can afford is a Greyhound at this point. So you know, no, so then we went inside and find out it was the Duggars and we were very -- I was relieved that we weren't spending money on a bus but certainly glad they did," Santorum told Fox & Friends on Tuesday.
