A Kennedy claims H.W. Bush voting for Clinton

Former Republican President George H.W. Bush is bleeding blue come November, according to one Democratic politician who claims he told her so.

Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, the daughter of Democratic U.S. Sen. Robert Kennedy, posted on Facebook Monday night that the senior Bush plans to vote for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton over the Republican.

"The President told me he's voting for Hillary!!" wrote Townsend, the former lieutenant governor of Maryland.

Bush's spokesman, Jim McGrath, would not confirm or deny the claim.
