11:05am President Obama Signs Bill to Change Student Loans

President Obama signs the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 Tuesday morning at Northern Virginia Community College.  He will be joined by Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, who has been an educator for 29 years and currently teaches at this college.  During his remarks, President Obama will highlight the student loan portion of the health care legislation and announce a White House summit on community colleges.  [foxlivestream]
