Andrew Natsios is director of the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Policy. He served as the administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development under President George W. Bush and as director of the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance under President George H. W. Bush.
