Harold Ford, Jr. joined FOX News Channel (FNC) as a contributor in 2021 and currently serves as a rotating co-host of cable news’ most-watched program, The Five (weekdays, 5-6PM/ET). The Five made television history as the first non-primetime program to rank as the number one program in viewers and the younger A25-54 demographic.
In addition to this role, Ford is currently the executive vice president and regional president of PNC Bank, New York. He is also the chairman and CEO of Empowerment & Inclusion Capital Corporation, a SPAC with the purpose-driven mission of acquiring diverse businesses or those focused on promoting economic and societal inclusion.
Prior to joining the network, Ford served as a Democratic member of Congress representing Tennessee’s ninth congressional district for five terms with stints on the House Budget Committee and the House Committee on Financial Services. He was also formerly a director of Live Oak Acquisition Corporation, a blank check company, and non-executive chair of RxSaver, a patient-directed prescription medication search engine platform.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.
