Thomas Boyd

Thomas M. Boyd was Republican counsel in the Immigration Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee, helping create and pass the last Immigration Reform Act, in 1987. He was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to be an assistant attorney general at the Department of Justice, where he helped shepherd the act into law.
