Travis Barker says his and Kourtney Kardashian's baby boy Rocky is ‘coolest kid ever’
Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker gushed over one-year-old son Rocky, whom he shares with wife Kourtney Kardashian.
It’s not officially your birthday until your spouse posts a touching tribute on social media about how awesome of a person you are. Those are the times we live in and the rules that have somehow penetrated our society. It didn't happen until it's on social media.
Being a 50-year-old man doesn’t exclude you from participating in this ritual. Neither does being a celebrity, which is how you connect with regular folk. Look no further than Travis Barker, who has the added pressure to cover all his bases by being married to a Kardashian.

The last thing the blink-182 drummer needs is to get on Kris Jenner’s bad side and have her breathing down his neck. Who knows what kind of wrath would be unleashed if you swing and miss on a birthday tribute to a Kardashian. It's better to never find out.

So when his wife Kourtney Kardashian turned 47 on Saturday, he made sure to mark the occasion on Instagram. Barker, 50, shared his heartfelt Instagram post with a toe sucking picture just like everyone else does.
"Happy Birthday my beautiful wife. I love you forever and ever," he wrote in the caption of the post. "Thank you for being such an amazing woman, an incredible wife, and the best mom to our humans. I feel so grateful to spend this life with you."
The touching post had more than a dozen pictures to back up those claims about his wife, including the last one that has Kourtney’s toe in his mouth. He knew he nailed that birthday tribute to the mother of one of his children the second he posted it.

Barker didn’t let the pressure of being married to a Kardashian get to him. He didn’t decide to be an out of touch celebrity and only post pictures of them in front of expensive vehicles or attending fancy events for the rich and famous. He told his wife happy birthday while staying grounded.
It's not easy to do, but credit to him. He wishes his wife a happy birthday the same way you do. A heartfelt post, some lovely pictures of the two of you together, and one of her toes in your mouth.
It's a can't miss formula. Happy birthday, Kourtney Kardashian.
