Should Unemployment Benefits Be Extended?

Extended unemployment benefits for nearly 2 million Americans begin to expire Wednesday. Republicans in the House and Senate, along with a handful of fiscally conservative Democrats, say they're open to continuing the benefits, but not at the expense of adding to the $13.8 trillion national debt.
