After Sen. John Kerry brokered a deal for a run-off election in Afghanistan, a headline asked a burning question: Is Kerry stealing Hillary's thunder?

What thunder? Hillary who?

The Secretary of State is MII--Missing In Inaction. It's not just that she's been whittled down by the Obama White House, where there can be only one One.

It's also that Clinton can't make up her mind about what she stands for and where America stands on foreign threats.

Did a lip zipper come with the job? Perhaps a lobotomy?
