Hispanic Heritage Month is a great opportunity to teach your kids a little more about their Latino culture. That's why today we want to share with you some ideas for activities you can do with them to celebrate their heritage and teach them to be proud of their roots.

1. Arts & crafts: We just wrote about several cultural crafts you can do with your little ones to teach them how varied and interesting our culture is. The good thing is that they'll have fun while learning about different traditions. My children and I, for example, have plans to make a piñata.
