PORTLAND, Ore. – Police say an Oregon woman who worked as a nursing assistant took photos of dying patients at a nursing home and posted them on her Facebook page with demeaning comments.
The 26-year-old, Nai Mai Chao, was arrested in September when she worked at the Regency Pacific Nursing and Rehab Center in the Portland suburb of Gresham.
KOIN reports she was convicted in January of invasion of privacy.
She surrendered her license and was fired.
Chao denied taking the photos but admitted posting them.
