MOUNT DORA, Fla. – A 6-year-old central Florida boy whose body temperature spiked to 108 degrees has died.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that the boy died Monday at a Tavares hospital. According to Mount Dora police, the boy said he felt sick when he was at a neighbor's house for lunch. He was then taken to the hospital.
An autopsy was expected to be conducted and police were investigating.
