Top 10 all-you-can-eat Las Vegas buffets

Sure, Mother's Day is Sunday, but Friday marks National "Eat What You Want" Day when you are encouraged to eat all you desire of anything you crave. And what better place to spend May 11 than at an all-you-can-eat buffet in Las Vegas?

We left the craps tables for the steam tables, eating our way up and down the Strip in order to bring you the Top 10 Las Vegas buffets. The Buffet at ARIA Resort & Casino boasts a number of food stations along with what the resort claims is the only tandoor oven in a Las Vegas buffet. For an extra charge, unlimited Champagne or Bloody Marys can be added during breakfast, lunch or brunch, while unlimited wine can complement dinner.
