1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 ounce lime juice

Dash of simple syrup

1 ounce light beer

1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 ounce lime juice

Dash of simple syrup

1 ounce red wine

Build over ice, shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Float 1oz. Light lager beer on top. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Build over ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Float 1 oz. Cabernet red wine on top. Garnish with a lime wedge
