Vanilla Cookies

Apples
Preparation:
In a small saucepan whisk together MTN DEW Black Label and sugar. Add apples and let stand 5 minutes.
Bring liquid to a boil and simmer apples until tender.
Puree liquid with apples and return to stove with sugar. Cook until thick and glossy. Strain.
Top cheesecake cube w/ a small amount of MTN DEW Black Label Jam
Crush Captain Crunch into "soil" and dust on top
Top w/ tiny leafs, berries cut in half lengthwise and a shard of cookie.
