One Louisiana man reportedly held up a Burger King in New Orleans armed with a chair to demand food from the chain.

On Dec. 10, New Orleans Police Department officers arrested Steven Oliver after the man caused a commotion in a BK location in the 4000 block of Tulane Avenue, Nola.com reports.

“The man raised the chair, threatened employees and demanded food,” Nola.com reports.

The Burger King staffer complied, and Oliver was able to escape — albeit temporarily.

The 35-year-old man was soon captured by authorities in the nearby vicinity, and arrested him in connection with the crime.

Oliver was booked into the Orleans Justice Center the following morning, Nola.com reports; his bond information remains unknown at this time.
