AnQi Gourmet Bistro by Crustacean blends high fashion with haute Euro-Asian cuisine. This New Year’s Eve, "American Idol" winner Candice Glover will headline a chic soirée. Bottomless Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and Vietnamese fusion favorites, such as chef Helene An's famous garlic noodles, up the wow factor.

San Francisco, CA
Relocated to a historic brick building in San Francisco’s artsy, upscale Jackson Square neighborhood, Quince offers sophisticated Italian fare in an elegant setting. On New Year’s Eve, revelers get to indulge in caviar and more delights from chef Michael Tusk’s tasting menu. Festivities also include celebratory party favors, a Champagne toast and balloon drop at the stroke of midnight.
Chef-owner Daniel Stern brings some excitement to the Philadelphia dining scene with R2L. It's a whimsical restaurant and lounge on the 37th floor of the posh Two Liberty Place. Two seatings take place on New Year's Eve, with the later one offering the option of a four-course truffle menu.
8. Siena Tavern
The brainchild of "Top Chef" alum Fabio Vivianti, Chicago's Siena Tavern is hosting one of the Windy City’s hottest New Year's Eve parties. Reserve a table and welcome 2015 with cocktails, DJ entertainment and a dessert hour. Party favors, a midnight countdown and toast, and gift certificates for New Year's Day brunch also await revelers.
9. The Sky Room
Long Beach, CA
Perched atop the historic Breakers Hotel, The Sky Room used to be a favorite hangout of A-list celebrities such as Clark Gable, Elizabeth Taylor and Cary Grant. Today, lovebirds continue to flock to the restaurant thanks to its old-world charm and never-ending views — the shoreline on one side and downtown Long Beach on the other. 10. Top of the World
Las Vegas, NV
From its vantage point high above the Las Vegas Strip, Top of The World affords some of the best views of Sin City’s annual New Year's Eve fireworks show. The revolving restaurant will serve a meal prepared by executive chef Rick Giffen, who has been featured on Food Network's "Chopped."
