Is Willow Smith the new Miley Cyrus?

As the almost 18-year-old Miley has managed to alienate a lot of her young fans (and their parents) with her sexy new image, along comes Will Smith's 9-year-old daughter with "Whip My Hair," a kid-friendly song that sounds pretty catchy to grown-ups, too.

The slick new video for the song already has almost 5 million views on YouTube, and we can see why: It's fun (it really makes you want to whip your hair, even if you are much older than 9), it's stylish (Willow's Lady Gaga-esque lip jewelry might take off), and it even features a dancing baby -- a surefire ticket to Internet success!

And hip-hop mogul Jay-Z has taken notice, signing young Willow to his Roc Nation label.

"I heard the record first before I knew that it was recorded by a 9 year old, and I was like, man that record's a smash," he told Ryan Seacrest. "I believe in superstars. I believe in big records and in superstars, and I think [Willow] has both.

"She has a child's innocence, but she has a clear vision of who she is and who she wants to be. I can only imagine that's how Mike [Michael Jackson] was as a young kid, he knew exactly what he wanted," he continued.

Wow, MJ! That's a tough act to follow, never mind her uber-famous dad. Will Willow really become a superstar, or is she just another celebrity-spawn hack?
