Shakira and Rihanna smolder on the cover photograph of the duo’s single, “Can’t Remember to Forget You,” which goes on sale Jan. 13.

The cover was revealed Thursday when the two singers sent it out on their Twitter and Instagram accounts.

“Only FOUR days until ‘Can’t Remember To Forget’ with @rihanna !! Here’s the single artwork…. #soexcited Shak,” the Colombian pop singer tweeted with the photograph.

The 36-year-old “Hips Don’t Lie” singer and the 25-year-old Barbadian are both dressed in black, with Shakira in a revealing dress with cutouts while Rihanna dons a strapless sweetheart bodysuit.

They complete the look with chunky gold and colorful bangles, rings, chokers and bright lipstick.

The duo’s collaboration was confirmed earlier this week, marking Shakira’s return to recording after a hiatus after the release of her seventh album, “Sale el Sol” in 2010.

“You guys ready? Jan 13 is almost here! Estan listos? El 13 de Enero se acerca/ @Rihanna #rememberforget Shak,” she tweeted on Monday about the new single.

With the tweet, Shakira posted a black-and-white image with the name of the single and two directors’ chairs showing both singers’ names.

Rihanna confirmed the collaboration by posting the same image on her Instagram account, captioning the image, “One. Week. Countdown.”

In the cover story of the latest Glamour, Shakira opened up about working with Rihanna.

“Working with her was utopia,” she said in the magazine, on newsstands Jan. 14. “She’s the sexiest woman on the planet. And at the end of the day, we’re both just basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good and so real. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher.”
