Selena Gomez is about to have a milestone birthday.

As the “Come And Get It” singer finally turns 21-years-old next month, Gomez is gearing up to celebrate with a blowout, yet still classy, bash.

While speaking with Canada’s MuchMusic as a guest host on “New Music Live,” the young superstar said she has plans for a “really big party.”

“Obviously in America 21 is the age,” she added while laughing.

Looking forward to “civilly” enjoying a glass of champagne or two, Gomez told ET Canada, "I'm going to enjoy being 21, absolutely, of course."

With family and friends flying in for the bash,  Gomez told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show it will likely take place at her home with “a hip-hop theme.”

As Seacrest told her to “hydrate” during her party, Gomez revealed she has already sent out the party date to her guest list.

Of course  fans are eager to know if one person made the guest list in particular – Gomez’s on-again, off-agin boyfriend Justin Bieber.

While she would not say exactly who has received a save-the-date card, Bieber already has plans to celebrate her birthday in a big way.

According to the Hollywood Life, Bieber is designing a custom $1million diamond ring with famed designer Neil Lane to give Gomez on her big day.

“Justin is planning to go through final designs with Neil in the next week,” a source close to the designer said.

“At the moment his favorite idea is a huge, canary yellow, princess-cut diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds and set in white or yellow gold.”

With his “Believe” tour conveniently giving Bieber days off over Gomez’s actual birthday, the rumors are he is planning to fly back to Los Angeles from Boston to celebrate with his maybe on-again lady love.
