Martin Scorsese has worked on five movies with Leonardo DiCaprio, and eight with Robert De Niro -- but who will win the leading role in the Oscar-winning director's next movie?

The acclaimed actors go head-to-head in a commercial -- reportedly costing $70 million to make -- to showcase Melco-Crown resorts in Macau, owned by Australian businessman James Packer.

PHOTOS: Actors Who Almost Got the Part

In promotion of the City of Dreams Manila resort in the Philippines, DiCaprio and De Niro run into each other with matching scripts and wonder whether they'll finally get to work together. Scorsese breaks it to them that "technically no," they won't be working together. They'll instead be competing against one another.

Brad Pitt is also featured on a billboard but doesn't seem to be in the race for the leading role.
