Ramona Singer has always gotten plenty of attention for her role as one of Bravo’s most outspoken Housewives, but these past few months the press has focused more on her family life, as rumors run rampant about her husband’s alleged cheating and her subsequent divorce filing.

So how’s Singer doing these days?

“I’m feeling good,” she told FOX411 at a bash at Tokya Sushi Lounge & Nightclub, sponsored by Freixenet, in Manhattan on Wednesday night. “I feel amazing,” she later added to a group of reporters.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” star, who attended the event with her daughter, opened up about having more time for herself these days-- now that her only child is in college.

“I just think for so many years, I was on this like mouse wheel and I was just taking on too much. With the HSN jewelry [line] and my skin care line and the True Faith jewelry and the Pinot Grigio and the TV show and my business and my daughter and my husband… It was just overwhelming. I said ‘You know what? Take care of me.’ And I think I look a lot better for it.”

A noticeably slim Singer showed off her figure in a tight Badgley Mischka dress. She said she’s had more time to work out lately, but she dodged direct questions about her husband, Mario.

Still, she was quick to open up about the sixth season of her Bravo show, which premiered on Tuesday night.

At the start of the season, Singer smoothed things over with fellow housewife Aviva Drescher, but that doesn’t mean the season is without drama, she said.

“One of the reasons why I made up with Aviva was for the good of the group, and then you’ll see I’m a little bit annoyed because I made up for the good of the group, and then all of the sudden some of the people in the group aren’t happy with Aviva, and I’m like ‘Why did I make up with her then?’”

Things aren’t as friendly with co-star LuAnn de Lesseps.

“I don’t have a lot of chemistry with LuAnn,” Singer said, explaining that the two clashed during the sixth season.

De Lesseps agreed that two had butted heads but said they’re on better terms now.

“We’re not at odds for the moment… She’s got other people to pick on now.”

Singer’s “BFF,” as she calls her, Sonja Morgan was hosting the party and she arrived at the event with four-- yes four-- interns in tow.

We learned her interns do everything from fetching her daughter’s meals to styling the star to helping out with her social media accounts. The four interns present, three of which were young women wearing sparkly outfits and high heels, work with Morgan for college credit.

The star’s entire intern force wasn’t with her, and when asked how many interns she has in total she replied “well, not enough!”

“I need all the interns because I just came from ‘Watch What Happens Live!’ in Austin where I performed and choreographed a ‘Let’s Keep it Weird in Austin’ sing-song [burlesque routine], for Andy [Cohen]—because I can never say no to Andy—that face…  And then I flew here today, that same day, to throw this, I guess for 350 people, tonight.”

The "Real Housewives of New York City" airs Tuesday nights on Bravo.
