Mischa Barton's lawyer sent out a warning to anyone potentially shopping around nude footage of the actress.

“It has been reported that naked or sexually explicit images of Ms. Barton are being ‘shopped around,'” attorney Lisa Bloom wrote in a statement released via Twitter on Tuesday. “Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images. She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time.”

The letter continues, “There’s a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography. Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it.”

MISCHA BARTON HOSPITALIZED AFTER REPORTS OF YELLING

The statement comes a day after the Daily Mail reported that an X-rated video of the 31-year-old “O.C.” actress was being offered to the highest bidder, starting at $500,000.

Bloom also warned that she and her client would go after anyone who “attempts to traffic” the photos or videos.

“I am very proud to represent actress Mischa Barton, who is courageously standing up for her rights,” Bloom wrote, ending the letter with a final word of warning: “You proceed at your peril.”

MISCHA BARTON TO MAGAZINE: I WAS DRUGGED WHILE CELEBRATING BIRTHDAY WITH FRIENDS

The early part of 2017 has been a difficult time for Barton.

In January, she reportedly was hospitalized for a mental evaluation after being caught on camera hanging over a fence and ranting about her mom being a “witch.” At the time, she explained the bizarre behavior by saying that she’d been drugged while celebrating her birthday with friends.

In February, she accidentally crashed a U-Haul truck into a carport in West Hollywood.
