Three of Michael Jackson's brothers said Wednesday they do not want his children to give evidence at the trial of the late star's doctor for involuntary manslaughter.

Marlon, Tito and Jackie Jackson are against Prince, Paris and Blanket taking any part in the Conrad Murray court case. Tito Jackson said, "I hope not -- no. My mother, and us as well, don't want them to have any participation as a witness or whatever -- no."

The brothers are in England rehearsing for the Michael Forever tribute concert in Cardiff, South Wales on Oct. 8. They will be joined by their mother, Katherine, sister La Toya and Michael's three children.

Jackie Jackson said last week had been very difficult for all of the family and that their mom was particularly upset seeing the photograph of her son's dead body in court. "It's hard for our mother to see it -- that's why it's good for her to be out here, to see something positive," he said. "Last week she was at court, and it was so hard for her."

The Jackson family is divided over the concert with Jermaine, Janet and Randy not attending, saying the timing is bad as it coincides with the criminal trial.

However Tito, Marlon and Jackie Jackson defended their decision to go ahead, saying they want to celebrate their brother's life.

They will be performing as a trio, alongside the likes of Christina Aguilera and Craig David.
