The producers of "American Idol" may no longer be Mariah Carey fans, but that is not stopping her from planning a brand new world tour.

With fans buzzing over her new single with fellow Latin singer Miguel, the singer is sprinting ahead to get a concert series in the works.

"Due to the smash success of '#Beautiful,'" fans are clamoring as Mariah makes plans for a world tour," a source explained to US Weekly.

The concert rumors continues to fuel the rumors that Carey will indeed not be returning as a judge on “American Idol” next season.

Various outlets have reported that Carey, along with frenemy Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban, have all been fired from the show.

But on Monday, Fox chairman of entertainment Kevin Reilly insisted that no decision has been made on who will be returning next season.

While long standing judge Randy Jackson announced his departure last week, Reilly told E! Online that the other three judges are "welcome back, absolutely."

The Fox boss added that the decisions regarding next season won’t be made until after the Season 12 finale on Thursday.

"Our next season begins Friday morning after our finale, and that's when we're really gonna go to work in earnest," Reilly said.

"Because the format, more than anything, will have a few fresh twists next year, which we've already identified that I think will be a nice little jolt for next season."
