Ingrid Gutiérrez, the attractive model who was involved in the Chris Brown-Drake bar brawl, will face court time on Tuesday for unrelated prostitution charges, the New York Post is reporting.

According to the tabloid, a man told officials that he made an agreement with her for sex, which would cost him $3,000 bucks. The funds were supposedly going for her “breast augmentation” surgery, court documents reveal.

The sultry Brooklyn native has also been charged for falsely accusing a man of rape and for possession of excessive Xanax pills without a prescription.

Now that’s one naughty girl!

The model’s troubled past is now in the spotlight after the curvaceous 21-year-old saw herself in the middle of the widely reportedly Chris Brown-Drake altercation last week at NYC club W.I.P.

The New York Post reports that once Brown sent Drake and his crew a bottle, Drake sent him a note back that read, “I am f--king the love of your life,” sources told the publication.

Drake and his team then walked over to Brown’s table.

“They got up in his face and were giving him the middle finger," Gutiérrez told the New York Post.

“Chris told Drake to f--k off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us,” she added.

The Brooklyn native said that someone then punched Brown, who was quickly blocked by his bodyguard Big Pat, who in return was severely injured in the head.

“I didn’t see Chris act violently towards anyone,” Gutiérrez continued. “Chris said, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying and I saw him get hit in the face, so I hunkered down where I was.”

Getting caught in the crossfire between both rappers turned out badly for Gutiérrez, who also suffered a head injury at the club, and was then rushed to the hospital for stitches.

Gutiérrez will take legal action against the club, and according to her attorney Sal Strazzullo, that includes “every person who threw bottles and glass, injuring my client.”

“I think Drake’s entourage are cowards for throwing bottles at girls,” Gutiérrez told the New York Post.

“I’ve lost all respect for Drake. Chris Brown acted like a gentleman to all the girls there. Chris tried to protect me and my friend.”
