Kanye West’s “Yeezy Season 4” fashion collection was unveiled Wednesday — and it was an utter disaster.

Models stumbled and bumbled down a makeshift runway as the stilettos “designed” by the modesty-challenged rapper practically disintegrated under their feet.

The much-anticipated event — which started nearly two hours late — was staged on the grounds of a long-abandoned smallpox hospital on Roosevelt Island.

Fuming guests were trapped on buses while waiting for Yeezy to show, and at least one model fainted from the heat.

In one Instagram video by New York Observer fashion writer Zach Weiss, a model in a dark hooded coat and slacks nearly topples over when her heels fall apart.

“Lots of shoes breaking today at #YEEZYSEASON4 — But the clothes look good!” Weiss cracked about the Fashion Week event.

In another video, on UsMagazine.com, a model in a sheer, light-colored dress gets so frustrated with the clumsy kicks that she takes them off and stomps away on her bare feet.

Guests griped on Twitter about the show’s late start and the excruciating bus ride from Manhattan to Roosevelt Island — which some likened to being kidnapped.

Fashionistas were told to meet their bus at 1:30 p.m. for the 3 o’clock show, but West got into a fender bender on the way there and the event was pushed back until 4 p.m. — although it didn’t actually begin until closer to 5 p.m.

“Overheard on the Yeezy Season 4 bus: “It feels like we’re being kidnapped,” tweeted Gerald Flores, editor of Sole Collector.

“We’re still on the bus. We are at 57th and Fifth Avenue. The bathroom door is broken. Yeezus, save us,” tweeted a guest named Miss Foxy.

No one savaged the show quite like Stella Bugbee, editorial director at The Cut
“Most awful thing I have ever seen at #NYFW,” she tweeted, adding: “This is shameful and horrible and I regret coming. #YeezySeason4.”

She also wrote, “All the fun of last season drained out completely by watching this.”
While the models and guests wilted in the heat, Bugbee tweeted, “I’d like to see Kanye . . . stand in the hot sun in nude leotards for three hours.”

Meanwhile, A-listers, including La La Anthony and Pharrell Williams, had primo seats.

Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner were there in support.
