?"I'm very excited about joining FRC Action and working to promote the values that have always been close to my heart and my family," Duggar said in a statement. "In this capacity, I will be engaging the grassroots and taking the message of faith, family and freedom all across America."
Duggar, 25, is the oldest of the 19 children referenced in the title of the TLC reality show, about Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their offspring. He, his wife Anna, and their three children, plan to relocate to D.C. as a result of the job, according to the Washington Post. TLC says it will continue to focus on the Duggar clan in Arkansas and that Josh's political work won't be a plot point on the show, the Post reports.

The FRC's political platforms include firm stances against abortion and same-sex marriage. "Josh and his wife Anna have been an inspiration to millions of Americans who regularly tune in to see the Duggar family's show, and all of us at FRC and FRC Action have long appreciated their commitment to the pro-family movement," FRC Action president Tony Perkins said in a statement. "We welcome him to the FRC Action team and look forward to taking our grassroots outreach to the next level."
