The sordid session was alleged to have occurred in a hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina - during the Jonas Brothers' South American tour.
Fans were spared no details of the kinky tryst, including claims the pair smoked drugs and spanked each other with paddles.
But a spokesman for Joe, 23, insists no filthy footage exists.
"There is no truth or validity to this story. It is completely false," the rep told The Sun.
The news will be a relief for fans of the Jonas Brothers.
The boys are all evangelical Christian and wore purity rings for years, vowing to abstain from sex until they married.
