Jodie Sweetin and ex Morty Coyle finalized their divorce this week and their new custody agreement will make sure they both stay clean.

Sweetin, 34, and Coyle married in 2012 and filed for separation a year later. The couple will share legal and physical custody of daughter Beatrix, 6, People reports.

The custody agreement notes that each parent can request the other to submit to a hair follicle drug test with 12 hours’ notice and that both Sweetin and Coyle “shall arrange for age-appropriate child-proofing of their respective homes” and that Beatrix “shall only be driven by a sober driver.”

The “Full House” starlet has previously struggled with addiction to methamphetamine, alcohol, methadone, cocaine and ecstasy.

Sweetin will pay Coyle $10,000 in addition to their division of their earnings during the marriage, which includes Sweetin’s “Fuller House” income.

Sweetin was previously married to Cody Herpin from 2007 to 2010, with whom she shares 8-year-old daughter Zoie, as well as Shaun Holguin from 2002 to 2006. In January, she announced her engagement to Justin Hodak.
