“American Idol” might just lose its Latin sizzle as Jennifer Lopez revealed she’s unsure whether she will come back for another season.

The singer told TV host Ellen Degeneres that her children, Max and Emme, are making her rethink her commitment on the hit show.

“I miss doing other things,” Lopez told Degeneres. “It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being three and four. Now they are going to school. I just don’t know.”

“[But,] I really do enjoy it,” Lopez added.

Entertainment news magazine Eonline.com is reporting that other sources have confirmed JLO’s made up her mind about leaving “Idol.”

"She's just too busy," the publication quotes anonymous source as saying.

Eonline.com is also reporting that Lopez will be taking some time off after her mega concert tour with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin y Yandel to spend quality time with her children.

"It is just like any working mom's dilemma," Lopez told Eonline.com on Monday at the premiere of us at  "What to Expect When You're Expecting."

"It's tough. It's a balancing act," she said "You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they're OK in the process."

The Puerto Rican stunner made the top slot in Forbes Celebrity 100 list, the magazine reported on Wednesday.

JLO brought in a whopping $52 million plus and has become the face of hot endorsements everywhere, from jewelry to cars, audio systems and fragrances.

This is the first time that Lopez makes the coveted spot on the prestigious magazine. Just a few years ago, Lopez was lying low after her all-Spanish album “Como Ama una Mujer” and movie with ex-hubby Marc Anthony, “El Cantante,” slumped in the box office.

But all changed for the better in 2010 as JLO took up the new judging gig on “American Idol.”

This opened the doors for Lopez to show the world her expertise as a performer and business woman. It also gave her the perfect platform for a comeback, as the singer has promoted singles and music videos and her new venture “Q’Viva: The Chosen,” on the show.
