It was a swing and a miss.

Last week, Page Six published a story about the remarkable romantic history of Lauren Sanchez, the married woman who’s now dating Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos.

Now a tipster tells us another footnote in her fascinating love life — which, so far as we know, includes four engagements.

We’re told that Sanchez pursued Mets legend, Mike Piazza, way back when he was playing for the Dodgers and she was an anchor for a local LA news show. (Piazza played for the LA team from 1992 to 1998, before his Mets tenure.)

However, we’re told that Sanchez struck out.

“He’s one of the few guys that hasn’t fallen for her,” said the insider.

She seems to have a thing for sportsmen. We reported that she has a child with former NFL star Tony Gonzalez and was engaged to football player Anthony Miller. She was also engaged to a play-by-play announcer for the Los Angeles Angels.

A rep for Sanchez declined to comment.

Meanwhile, Bezos was spotted without his wedding ring at the Living Legends of Aviation awards ceremony at the Beverly Hilton hotel in LA on Friday.
