J.J. Watt confirms he is dating Kate Hudson

Apparently J.J. Watt still has a thing for actresses.

After moving on from longtime crush Jennifer Aniston, the Houston Texans defensive end appears to be getting cozy with another blond movie star, “Mother’s Day” beauty Kate Hudson.

On Monday, Watt and Hudson documented their intimate dinner on Snapchat. But instead of kissing for the camera, the couple playfully argued about who deserved more animated stars on the social media platform.

Watt then confirmed that he and Hudson were seeing each other.

“The stars belong to the hottest person on the date,” Watt said, via TMZ.

Watt, who was previously linked to tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, tends to keep his relationships under wraps. Speaking to NFL.com last September, he said his hectic schedule prevents him from dating like the average 27-year-old.

“People [I know] think that I’ve never dated before, or whatever,” Watt shares. “But I’m trying. I’m trying. I’m just unsuccessful. My schedule’s so crazy and life’s busy, it just hasn’t worked.”

Hudson frequently has dipped into the 20-something dating pool. The actress, who is nine years Watt’s senior, was last spotted with 23-year-old Nick Jonas at Super Bowl 50 in February.

She also dated disgraced cycling champ Lance Armstrong and was with Yankees star Alex Rodriguez during their World Series season of 2009.
