Idris Elba, who’s been buzzed about as a future James Bond and moonlights as a DJ, has launched a new record label.

On Tuesday, the star unveiled 7Wallace Music and signed his first artist, James BKS.

The Paris-based recording artist and producer has worked with Diddy and Talib Kweli, and has composed music for Yves Saint Laurent, Prada and Armani ads.

Elba told Billboard: “James is a rare find -- It’s a huge move for 7Wallace, a small indie label.”
