For most women though, the idea of getting beach body ready is daunting, especially as the summer months approach.
But have no fitness fear, the South African beauty says building up the workout momentum only takes minutes.
“Do it slowly,” she told Celebuzz at the launch of the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Swim Collection in Los Angeles March 12. “Even if it’s 10 minutes a day, find a new fun activity that doesn’t feel like working out.”
The 24-year-old stunner even credits her pet pooch for helping her achieve her famous figure.
“Going out dancing or doing Zumba or taking my dog out playing,” she revealed as her fun fitness activities.
