This past week saw supermodel Miranda Kerr shoot to the top of the Hot 45 list while Ricky Gervais made the most noticeable climb following his attention-grabbing evening at the Golden Globes.

While Miss Kerr usually makes moves with stunning beach shoots, this week's ascent to the top spot was influenced wholly by the release of the very first picture of her and husband Orlando Bloom's son Flynn, with the photo showing the Victoria's Secret stunner lovingly nursing her bundle of joy.

Always a mainstay near the top of the rankings, Kim Kardashian sat comfortably in second after a busy week of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" promotions along with a few attention-grabbing dinner dates with new beau Kris Humphries.

As for the big climbers, Gervais shot from obscurity to #37 with a week of press surrounding his insult-laden hosting efforts during the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony.

Shia LaBeouf also made a solid jump after viral photos of the "Transformers" actor jogging shirtless with quite the bushy beard surfaced online.

On the downward trend was "Burlesque" babe Christina Aguilera - who plummeted from the second slot all the way to 106 after having a low-key week and remaining out of the radar of the seemingly always-present paparazzi.
