She got the best gift bag of all — a proposal.

After three years of dating, Hannah Davis and Derek Jeter are finally getting hitched. Sources told Page Six the former Yankee shortstop popped the question on Sunday.

“Couldn’t be more elated for Davis and Jeter,” says Martin-Christopher Harper, a stylist and friend of Davis’. “She’s a beaming ray of light, and I know the two will have a lifetime of happiness and a damn good-looking family.”

Jeter, 41 — a notorious bachelor who’s dated famous women such as Mariah Carey, Jessica Biel and Minka Kelly, and who reportedly rewards his conquests with gift bags containing signed memorabilia — has finally found the One.

So who is Hannah Davis?

More On This...

The 25-year-old is one of the fashion industry’s top bodies, appearing in campaigns for Victoria’s Secret, Tommy Hilfiger and Levi’s. She currently stars in a DirecTV ad alongside a talking horse, and she landed the cover of the 2015 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

Davis certainly feels at home in a bathing suit. She grew up on St. Thomas, in the US Virgin Islands.

“I remember seeing her skimboarding down at the beach when she was about 10, and I thought she looked like a baby Gisele,” Ginny Maxwell, a family friend and model scout who discovered Davis, tells The Post.

Growing up, Davis was ranked among the top 50 young tennis players in the country. Her father, Conn Davis Sr., is a former professional soccer player, and her brother, Conn Jr., played football at the University of Connecticut.

Modeling scouts started approaching Davis at tennis tournaments in her teens.

“Her parents came to me and asked me what I thought,” says Maxwell, now director of scouting and development at Nashville, Tenn.-based AMAX Talent. “I took some casual photos [when she was 14], and I could tell within five minutes that she had that It factor.”

A month later, Davis traveled to New York to meet with agencies. She turned up in a skirt and flip-flops.

“I don’t think she had ever worn heels before,” Maxwell says. “Hannah was sitting on the floor trying to get them on.” No matter. Davis was signed on the spot by powerhouse agency IMG and a week later got a call from Ralph Lauren.

The 5-foot-10 Davis insisted on finishing high school, working during her breaks.

“Boys definitely liked her, but Hannah had a longtime crush on one of them and eventually they dated for most of high school,” friend Zan Schmidt told Sports Illustrated.

She moved to New York after graduation in 2008, and was spotted with Jeter at a Tampa Starbucks in December 2011.

Davis rents a pad downtown but has held off buying a place because she was waiting for Jeter to propose, according to one source.

It’s unclear what Davis, who friends describe as bubbly and “silly,” sees in Jeter. The private athlete admitted to People magazine earlier this year that “I look forward to being a dad.” The two have been spotted strolling New York’s streets, as well as vacationing in Rome.

“Her mom told me, when Hannah was about 16, that she was an ‘old soul.’ I think of that often when we are talking about her career and making big decisions,” says Maxwell, who’s still close with her family. “She definitely has a wisdom beyond her years.”

Here’s hoping that applies in matters of the heart.
