Gwyneth's got a new man.
Four months after announcing her "conscious uncoupling" from her husband, Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin, Paltrow is dating "Glee" co-creator Brad Falchuk, sources told Us Weekly.
The 41-year-old actress appeared on five episodes of the FOX comedy and while things "started off professionally," between the two, the relationship evolved into something more, Us reports.

Paltrow and her new man were recently spotted on a "flirty" dinner date at East Borough in Los Angeles and the new couple spent a weekend away in Utah, July 25.
Paltrow and Martin announced their split after 10 years of marriage in a joint statement. Falchuk, 43, and his wife of a decade filed for divorce in March 2013.
