Whoa, what happened?

Just after six months of togetherness and bliss, “Glee” star Naya Rivera and rapper Big Sean have ended their engagement.

Rumors started swirling Tuesday night when Rivera was spotted at the Marie Claire Fresh Faces event in Los Angeles looking subdued and not wearing the beautiful engagement ring her now ex-fiance gave her.

Also the couple stopped following each other on Twitter - a now taken as a digital sign that a relationship or friendship is on the rocks.

A rep for Big Sean, whose real name is Sean Anderson, confirmed the couple’s split and issued a statement Wednesday afternoon.

“After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," publicist Tracy Nguyen said. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best, and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter.”

Fox News Latino's attempts to reach representatives of the actress went unanswered.

The news of the couple’s broken engagement comes in the heels of a report by Star magazine that claimed the rapper had cheated on the 27-year-old actress, leading her to call off the engagement.

Sources close to the rapper were quick to debunk the rumors, claiming Anderson did not cheat and that the “allegations are 100% false and untrue,” according to Us Weekly.

The couple, who met via Twitter, got engaged last October, just six months after going public with their romance. Although they never revealed a wedding date, Rivera was spotted shopping for bridal gowns with close friends after news of their engagement broke.

The “Glee” star has never stopped gushing about Big Sean and told Cosmopolitan for Latinas that he thought he would “be an amazing husband, and (that) he’ll make a great father some day.”

“He’s so kind to people, but he also wears the pants in our relationship, which I love,” Rivera continued. “We Latinas are very independent and strong, so it’s even sweeter that I’ve found somebody who can let me out of that role for a minute.”
