The highlight of today's show for me was clear for all that were outside and hopefully for you at home: Rick Peterson on the . He's the Mets pitching coach and was here to help us with technique as we get set to toss the first pitch Friday night at the Mets game. As a soccer player, getting instruction on finger placement from one of the games finest guru's and more was just sensational. I might add Gretchen looked strong and Aly had the best and longest fingers. The potential is there for her to master the cut fastball! Of course that would mean less time with the kids, but fewer than three kids are for the most part self-sufficient.

A disturbing report from Brian Ross led the show, as we watched an extremist graduation. Next stop for about 100 terror grads might just be New York. Good luck, Ray Kelly. Here's hoping you get their roster before they land.

I know al of you liked Gretch and Doocy with cast of "." They not only fight crime, but also have great chemistry on and off the set!

On radio and TV, the intriguing subject was Mayor Bloomberg's new pilot program that would provide cash incentives for poverty stricken families for achievements like a regent's diploma, going to the doctor/dentist, attending parents/teacher conference and more. Judging by your e-mail, you hate and it and I am a Leninist.
