Fox News Channel's Megyn Kelly will conduct an exclusive sit-down interview with the parents of reality star Josh Duggar, who has been hit by allegations that he sexually assaulted his younger sisters and another girl.

The interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will be shown during "The Kelly File" at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday June 3. Additional portions of the interview, which will take place at the Duggar's Arkansas home, will air during a one-hour special on Friday June 5 at 9 p.m. ET.

Last week, Josh Duggar and his parents issued statements about the allegations, which date back to 2002, referring to the incidents as a "dark and difficult time" that brought them closer to God.

Josh Duggar resigned his position at the Family Research Council after the reports surfaced that he sexually assaulted four female siblings in the large family, plus an additional female victim.

TLC later pulled all current episodes of the hit show "19 Kids and Counting" from the air, but has not commented on the show's future.

If the show goes on, Walgreens, Payless and Choice Hotels won't run ads during the series, the companies revealed on social media.

Ace Hardware, Ricola, David's Bridal, Party City, Behr Paint and ConAgra Foods also said they will no longer advertise on the show.

The program had been set to air in reruns after wrapping its most recent season.

The show about the Duggar's ever-growing family has been on TLC since 2008.
