We celebrated the 28th anniversary of Fleet Week NYC with a special mud run on our plaza for our nation’s sea services personnel. Civilian Military Combine, the hybrid race event that combines functional fitness exercises with obstacle racing, brought us a demonstration version of their event that honors active duty military personnel and first responders. Over the course of two days, Ainsley Earhardt, Lea Gabrielle, Abby Huntsman, Anna Kooiman, Clayton Morris and Rick Reichmuth all battled young men and women from all over the United States representing the Navy, Coast Guard and Marines.

CMC’s next events are scheduled for Brooklyn, New York in September and Flagstaff, Arizona in October.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit United States Army's Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program at Ft. Hamilton Army Base. Army MWR is a quality-of-life program that directly supports readiness by providing a variety of community, soldier, and family support programs, activities and services.
