Emily Ratajkowski, husband Sebastian Bear-McClard accused of being nightmare neighbors

Millionaire movie-maker Sebastian Bear-McClard and his beautiful bride Emily Ratajkowski aren’t just rent deadbeats, their landlord claims, but nightmare neighbors who blast music and host parties into the wee hours in their NoHo loft, according to legal papers.

The couple has worn out Antoni Ghosh, who sublets the 1,100 square-foot unit at 49 Bleecker St. to them and also lives next door, according to a series of phone texts he submitted as evidence in court papers.

“Can you turn music off, trying to sleep, it’s 4:30 for Christ sake,” ticked-off Ghosh texted Bear-McClard on Dec. 14, 2015, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court filing. When Bear-McClard responded, “Not home sorry,” Ghosh asks the producer tell his friends “not to crank music that late … the walls act like speakers and my bedroom is on the other side. As it is I can hear voices.”

Ghosh’s pleas for peace and quiet allegedly fell on deaf ears. On May, 9, 2016, the landlord again texted Bear-McClard at 12:43 am to “turn it down,” according to court papers. Two days later, shortly after 1 a.m., it was:

“Hey Sebastian, I don’t know if you got a home theater system, but it sounds like it’s in my apartment, can you turn it down, trying to sleep.”

In October 2016, a fed-up Ghosh texted: “Hey, can you turn it down, 4 am and you woke me and my daughter up. I can’t have late parties here, otherwise it [the space] has to become completely commercial with no residential,” he alleges.

Ghosh is seeking to evict the 31-year-old Bear-McClard, who’s worth an estimated $12 million but has allegedly stiffed Ghosh out of $120,000 in rent since 2017, claiming protection under the state’s Loft Law, a building rep said.

A state law enacted in 1982 blocked landlords from kicking artists and other low-income tenants who lived illegally in commercial loft spaces to the curb.

The law said they couldn’t be evicted if, among other things, the building didn’t have a certificate of occupancy. The Bleecker building does not have a certificate, but critics grouse that Bear-McClard and model and social media star Ratajkowski, 27, whose estimated net worth is $6 million, are not exactly starving artists.
